Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
To respect my time and ensure appointment availability for all clients, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
* Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours or more before your appointment may be moved without a cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee.
* Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
* Any required cancellation fee must be paid before booking another appointment.
* Deposits/booking fees are non-refundable and may only be transferred when proper notice is given.
